Andy Miller opened Management Recruiters of New Providence in 1991, part of Management Recruiters International, the world’s largest executive search firm. As Management Recruiters of New Providence, we were the recipients of 7 President’s Club awards for top performance. In 1999, recognizing the changing marketplace and the critical need for superior talent, we developed a new business model and changed our name to BrainWorks, Inc.
