Andy Miller,
President & CEO, Consumer Products
Andy Miller started BrainWorks in 1991 and continues
to lead the Consumer Products practice, placing talent ranging from mid
level to general management and presidents, with an eye for impacting the
business regardless of the level or function. Andy’s client roster
ranges from large Fortune 10 companies to smaller entrepreneurial
organizations that are looking to grow and believe that finding the right
talent makes a difference.
Andy received a Master’s degree in Counseling
Psychology and spent 3 years in social services settings. After
transitioning to business, Andy spent 10 years in the Telecommunications
field, winning numerous sales awards including 5 consecutive years in the
Gold Club and Salesman of the Year in 1987 and 1988. His passion and
experience from competitive sports in addition to his psychology
background provides a unique blend of competitiveness and people skills
which has influenced how he works with both clients and candidates. This
background is the basis of his philosophy -- to help clients win the
competitive wars for talent by assessing, training and developing people
toward greater productivity.

Guy O. Gomis, Partner, Direct
& Database Marketing
Guy Gomis has been in the executive search industry
since 1993. In addition to BrainWorks, Guy’s experience includes
building and developing SnellingSearch, a Division of Snelling Personnel
Services. He has conducted over 1,000 searches across a broad range of
clients, including catalog, retail, financial services, consumer package
goods, pharmaceutical, and marketing services.
In 1995, Guy established BrainWorks’ Direct and
Database Marketing practice. His experience and knowledge across
industries and channels provide Guy with a unique ability to partner with
clients in attracting top-talent to drive business growth.
Guy received his B.S. in Economics and his M.B.A.
from the University of Maine. He has consistently been a
"Pacesetter", one of the top performing recruiters in the
country.
Vincent W. Vincentsen, Senior
Partner & Vice President of Operations
Vincent W. Vincentsen is Senior Partner and Vice
President of Operations. He formed and has led the Pharmaceutical Practice
since 1992. His group has placed senior level management, Sales
Management, Marketing, Scientific and Product Development professionals in
Major Pharmaceutical, Generic, Emerging Biotech and Contract Services
companies. He also functions as Office Manager responsible for the
Administration, Training, Information Technology, Research and Fulfillment
functions of the office.
Prior to joining BrainWorks Vince spent 25 years in
Commercial Construction Management. He holds a B.A. in Economics from
Syracuse University.
Gerry St. Onge, Practice Leader,
Advanced Technology & Advertising
Gerry St. Onge has over 20 years
experience in sales and management in the enterprise solutions industry.
He has extensive experience selling, managing sales & delivery of
enterprise software, consulting, and business process reengineering
solutions.
Gerry has a passion for
value-based business solutions. He has a keen ability to evaluate top
performers from the C-level to the individual contributor who will drive
business results and help companies prosper. Gerry has applied his
extensive industry and process knowledge to help clients optimize their
hiring process to secure the best talent in the industry.
Prior to joining BrainWorks to run
The Advanced Technology Practice & Advertising, Gerry was Managing Director at Synet
Services Corporation, a management consulting firm specializing in
enterprise systems management and business process optimization solutions.
Gerry received a B.A in Economics,
Fordham University.
Barbara Kuppersmith, Account
Executive, Consumer Products
Barbara Kuppersmith has
been working in different aspects of the Consumer Product industry for
more than 18 years. In 2004, she joined Brainworks as an Account Executive
with the Consumer Packaged Goods team specializing in Category Management,
Sales and Marketing positions. She
has led 100’s of searches with clients ranging from Fortune 500 to
mid-size companies. Barbara’s
passion for matching top talent to the right opportunity consistently
leads to successful results for her clients and candidates.
Barbara received her BS
and MS from The State University of New York at Albany with MBA classes
from Baruch College/Zichlin School of Business.
